Welcome to the BRIDGE-Upskill Training Program, an initiative of HENAK CONSULTING LTD under the Building Readiness, Innovation, and Development for Graduate Employability (BRIDGE) framework.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Nigeria and other African countries continues to face a significant mismatch between academic learning and workplace demands. In response, HENAK CONSULTING LTD launched The BRIDGE-UpSkill Training Program to build practical competencies in project management, governance, digital and AI literacy, and employability skills, thereby bridging the gap between classroom education and career employment. Through virtual and hybrid training cycles, participants will gain hands-on experience, career mentorship, and industry exposure tailored to the realities of the development sector.

This transformative training is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and career/workplace readiness, empowering participants with practical skills in employability, project management, and digital literacy. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants will strengthen their leadership capacity, communication, and problem-solving skills, preparing them to excel in today’s dynamic work environment.
